What we collect

• Booking details: your name, artist name, email, phone, session time, number of guests and any notes you share.
• Payment details: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic analytics: which page or campaign (for example an Instagram or TikTok link) brought you to the site, so we know which marketing works.

How we use it

• To confirm, manage and remind you about your booking.
• To contact you about your session or answer your questions.
• To improve our services and promotions. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the booking system: Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (secure booking storage and hosting) and our email provider (confirmations). Each one processes data only to provide its service.

Retention and your choices

We keep booking records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. Email or call us to see, correct or delete your information.
