Cancellation and refund policy

Rescheduling

You can move your session to another open time at no cost if you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time.

Cancellations

• Cancelled 48+ hours before the session: full refund to your original payment method.
• Cancelled less than 48 hours before the session: no refund, but we will try to reschedule you once if a slot is available.
• No-shows: not refundable.

Refunds are issued through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Late arrivals

Sessions start and end at the booked time. If you arrive late, the session still ends on schedule so the next artist can start on time.

If we have to cancel

If we ever need to cancel because of equipment failure, illness or an emergency, you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

Double bookings

In the rare case that two people pay for the same slot at the same moment, we will contact the second booking right away to offer another time or a full refund.
