Bookings and payment

A session is confirmed once payment is completed online through Stripe or arranged directly with the studio. Prices are listed in US dollars and include the room, the equipment and an in-house engineer for the booked time.

Studio conduct

• Treat the room, the gear and the staff with respect. Damage caused by you or your guests may be charged to you.
• No illegal substances. No weapons.
• Keep food and drinks away from the equipment.
• We may end a session without a refund if conduct puts people or equipment at risk.

Your music

You own the music you create here. Aluxe Room does not claim ownership of your recordings. Back up your session files - bring a hard drive or ask us how files will be shared with you. We are not responsible for files left on studio systems after your session.

Promotion

We may take photos or short clips in the studio for social media. Just tell us before or during your session if you do not want to be included.

Liability

You are responsible for your personal belongings. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the amount you paid for that session.
